How to request deletion
- Send an email to business@saashiro.com.
- Use the Google email you use to sign in to the app, and include the name on the account.
- We match that email to an account and delete it within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your name, email, phone model, Android version, and IP address.
- Sign-in tokens for the app.
- Photos and puzzles you created, including share links.
- Records of challenges you accepted.
What we keep
- Puzzles created by other players stay on their accounts. We remove only your link to those puzzles.
- Backup copies of deleted data can remain for up to 30 days, then they age out.
- The email you send is kept until the deletion is finished, so we can show that it was requested.
